We require no long term contract. Month to month leasing. Payment options include month-to-month leases or get a FREE month if you prepay for one year (12 months.)
Policies:
1. Payment is due the 1st of each month. Payments received after the 10th of the month will be assessed a $20.00 late fee.
2. Security deposit of $50 required. Deposit will be returned provided tenant notifies owner ten days in advance of terminating the agreement, tenant is current on rent due and unit is empty and clean.
3. Insurance on the customers property is the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. Items subject to damage from moisture or condensation should be covered and should not be stored directly on the floor. Rent your storage unit today!
